Good Morning Guardians,
It is my pleasure to announce that Oawa has been promoted to the position of Acting Division Leader for TG's Aion Division. Oawa is a highy active member in-game and can put in the time and effort needed to keep TG's Aion Division up and running. I'd like to thank Snissel for his work in the Division amidst the great struggles Aion has faced with it's declining player base. This will be a provisional appointment until TG:Aion's Divisional status is determined at the start of the New Year. The Division is currently in probationary status and is working hard to bolster numbers and get back to a viable state. I believe that with an active and hard working leader, they can do it. Grats! Yeah the division, as pretty much all social circles within Aion have taken a hit. Looks like NCSoft is actually going to be implimenting everything in the Visions clip slowly over time.
Aion will be a late bloomer, but a game that will be able to contend with the best of them.  I appreciate the opportunity to try and bring new life to the division as well as to the Guardian community as a whole, and would like to thank those that came before me, Snissel and Kilmar, for their hard work in getting everything established. Aion has had it's fair share of hurdles to contend with early in it's life. The games playstyle is very different to what a lot of us expected and are used to. There have already been a few although slight changes to help improve this and from what I've noticed with some of the lower level characters in the guild, it's helped to speed their journey along quite well. As Sepharious noted previously, it does appear the changes seen in the Visions trailer are indeed on the horizon. Just another reason I feel this game still has great potential. Hopefully, in the coming months we'll get to start seeing some of those changes and hopefully entice some of our old friends back.  Just to give a quick heads up on what's first on the agenda. Recruitment is our main priority, and yes I know there was a lot of talk about it in the past, but be that as it may I personally am working on this myself, and I ask those current members playing to keep an eye out on who you tend to group with most often, don't be afraid to ask them questions. You just never know who could be a future "The Guardians" member. -------------------- |

I like to thank Rico and Ixion for doing this and I wish him the best of luck for the future of Aion. With Ixion passion for Aion I know he will be a much better leader than I could be.
